What is accessibility

Introduction

Accessibility is.. a bit weird. Like many times in life, the people who require it to function in their day to day life aren’t the people who decide on when, where, and how that implementation happens. Accessibility is also a very broad subject, so lets start with the dictionary definition, and then look at what might be missing from that definition.

The cambridge dictionary says:

the fact of being able to be reached or obtained easily:

Two new roads are being built to increase accessibility to the town centre.

The accessibility of online information is an important consideration.
